Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy 

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. If the package has not been delivered, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email so they can track your package for you.

Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase. Radiant Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your package back due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send over an invoice for shipping: meaning you will be charged for a new shipping label. If the customer decides not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.
