I have ordered your nail oil three times previously and have always been satisfied with the product. However, my most recent order, #141108, appears to be defective.

Upon opening the bottle, I noticed a very unpleasant smell, resembling rotten milk, instead of the usual pleasant strawberry scent. Additionally, the oil is cloudy and has a foggy appearance, which is not consistent with the quality of the product I have received in the past.

Given my previous positive experiences, I know what the nail oil is supposed to look and smell like, and this is clearly not up to standard. I am quite disappointed with this purchase and would like to request a full refund. Could you also please provide any insight into why this batch might have turned out this way?
